You choose how many seats you need at signup (1–5 agents). Each seat is $100/mo, billed as a single PayPal subscription. Add a seat to invite a new agent; remove a seat when you deactivate one.
Solo / Squad — add a seat any time from your Billing page and it takes effect immediately at $100/mo per seat. If you’re rotating agents, deactivate an inactive one first — every lead stays intact and can be reassigned. Team — covers up to 20 agents on one flat rate. Need more than 20? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (PayPal prorates the difference). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Never. Connecting your tools is included on every plan — KindResponse charges nothing extra for integrations. Attom Data brings instant property enrichment (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, estimated value, last sale) directly into each prospect record with just your existing API key. For everything else, our CSV export works cleanly with virtually any platform. Using a tool we don’t directly support yet? Reach out — we’re happy to add API support if there’s demand.
Third-party services like Attom Data maintain their own independent subscription pricing, separate from your KindResponse plan. To keep enrichment costs predictable, mark closed deals as Converted and dead leads as Dead — those records are automatically excluded from nightly data refreshes.
The link is tied to that prospect’s record in your account, not to a time limit — it stays active as long as the record exists. If you later delete the prospect, the link stops working immediately. There is no automatic expiration; a converted or dead lead’s link just sits quietly unless you choose to delete the record.
